Owing to Taiwan is near Japan some cultures affect to me profoundly: for instance, animations and comic books...etc. I had read comic books every day when I was at junior high school. hahah...Besides there had many cartoons showed on the Telly. I 'm rather like Japanese cartoons. Japanese anime it's quite famous in Taiwan. So I love Japanese anime more then American's, Disney cartoons.I would like to talk about enimated feature of Hayao Miyazaki, Apirited Away. It's the first anime feature to Oscar award in 2003.
Most of Hayao Miyazaki's features they are not for children I guess. His animated features have profoundly affected for grown-up. If you have watched them you would know what I said.
I have seen the reviews of foreigners on the internet. It said Spirited Away is a love story. Well, its not just a love story, even make people deep thought and edification.
I like the leading girl, Chihiro (Sen), is pure and goodhearted. Also I love Haku's resolute eyes. When Hakus said to Chihiro that "We will surely meet again. Definite." I was touched. Those words seem nothing could alteration it.For I thought, the main meaing of this feature is "Don't lose your pure selfhood."
I have written a review in chinese on my Chinese blog. I try to express my feeling in English. Yet it's rather difficult to convey. Many proper nouns I don't know how to write. Perhape I should watch it again with English subtitle.
P.S When I was writing this article, I have got a bad headache, and my foreigners were talking to me. Therefor this article is not quite good. I will rewrite it if I have time.

I went to see this movie in the theater when I was still in Tainan. The director was very good at creating characters that attract his audience. At that time, rumer had it that he will retired after that movie.
I think the prototype of this story may came from some folk stories. Sen lose her real name and was try to seek her parents back. Her parents become animal because eating some food. But I can't tell the exactly story which it came from.
I saw a news that said it is his son that will produce another cartoon named "Earth Sea",the famous fantasy story by Ursula K. Le Guin. However I felt a little disappointed after I saw the preview clip. Though the drawing looks similar, but I think that it will differ a lot in its in its spirit and bone. I think it will take a long time for Japan to come out another great director that can compare to Hayao Miyazaki.
